what are some movies that you consider to have a good plot, what is a good plot by your definition?

i just asked a question saying that i thought star wars had a good
plot. people responded by saying it was simple  easy to follow  did
not have a good plot.

so what do you consider a good plot to be and what are some examples
of movies that have a good plot?
