Casey Anthony verdict. A question...?

I wad reading up on the Casey Anthony trial. I found out that Casey
Anthony's MOTHER Cindy reported that she hadn't seen her granddaughter
in x number of days, weeks whatever, but it was not Casey. So where is
the media getting this whole "Casey Anthony waited 31 days to report
her daughter missing". That's a lie. She was arrested because of lying
to police officers and THEN admitted that she hadn't seen her daughter
in so long. This would be like a headline in the news reading, "Bin
Laden waits ten years to get himself discovered and shot by Navy
Seals". Would that not be an odd headline? Odd because it was the U.S
that found and executed him. But the media made it sound like Casey
Anthony sat at home and then phoned the police one day saying, "Yes,
officer? I haven't seen my daughter in 31 days. Could you please help
me?"
Fact was, it was Casey's mother that called the cops saying that the
little girl might be missing. And I just want to add that nobody
really knows when the girl went missing. It was found at trial that
both Casey and Cindy told lies on the stand. So why would anyone
believe them about the whole "she's been gone for 31 days thing?"
Maybe she had been missing for a lot longer than that. Your thoughts?
