anyone remember a song on disneychannel called something like "on the radio"?

i remember this one song from like 10 years ago, with little animal
people singing. the lyrics were like "a place you can go from dallas
to tokoyo.... you can hear me on the radio". actually they were like
little bears and hamsters and cats in outfits. i cant remember any
part of the title of the song and google cant find any matches to my
descriptions. so i feel like giving up but i didnt want to so i went
to this thing. its was on a commercial on disney channel and the song
was super catchy and i would appreciate if someone remembered it or
found it on youtube. thanks! ;)
